 By purchasing, you agree to pay fees, taxes, and transaction costs with a valid payment method. Refund Policy

: • Coaching Sessions: Non-refundable once delivered. May be rescheduled with 24 hours’ notice. Missed sessions are forfeited.

 • Workshops & Events: Deposits are non-refundable. Balance refundable up to 7 days before. No refunds within 7 days. If we cancel, a full refund applies.

 • Digital Courses & Downloads: All sales are final. No refunds once accessed. Refund Requests: Email FlowAtoB@gmail.com with your order details. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.

 8. THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS & SERVICES

 Some services are hosted by third parties (e.g., Passion.io, Stripe, PayPal). These providers operate under their own terms and privacy policies

. We have Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) in place with service providers to ensure GDPR compliance. However, we are not liable for outages, errors, or failures of third-party platforms.

 9. USER-GENERATED CONTENT

 By submitting testimonials, feedback, or other content, you grant FlowAtoB AB a perpetual, royalty-free license to use and display such content.

 You confirm you have rights to the material and agree not to submit unlawful or infringing content.

 10. CONFIDENTIALITY

 Materials shared in coaching, courses, or workshops are confidential and proprietary to FlowAtoB AB. You agree not to:

 • Record, copy, or distribute materials without consent

 • Disclose sensitive information shared by other participants

 Liability Cap: Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the service giving rise to the claim.

 We may suspend services temporarily for updates, maintenance, or technical issues. We are not liable for interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

15. FORCE MAJEURE

 We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, power outages, pandemics, or government restrictions.

 16. TERMINATION

 We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms or misuse of services. Upon termination, your license ends immediately, and we may delete your account.
