Flow has two layers:

Here’s the twist: discipline originally didn’t mean punishment or control. 

It comes from the Latin disciplina (instruction, learning) and discipulus (student). 

Discipline meant being a learner, a student of a practice.

So in flow coaching, discipline isn’t about willpower. 

It’s about being willing to practice the inputs: the habits, triggers, and choices that bring about the outcomes you actually want.


Practical Coaching Details

Sessions take place on Riverside, a high-quality platform designed for clear, stable video and audio (no downloads needed).

Once you book, you’ll receive a calendar invite with a Riverside link.

At the scheduled time, click the link to join: all you need is a device, a stable internet connection, and a quiet space to reflect and take notes.


  • Presentations = short, intro-style, where you learn basics + quick tools.
     
  • Workshops = deeper, interactive, hands-on, applying tools directly to your work or life.


For presentations and workshops, recordings are available for participants.

For private coaching, sessions are recorded only for the coach’s internal use (to support recall and quality). 

These recordings are not shared and remain confidential. You’ll always leave with clear notes and practical tools to apply afterward.


Yes. I coach in both languages, depending on what’s most comfortable for you.
