 1. PARTIES

 This Copyright and License Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between FlowAtoB AB / Maggie Aulin("Licensor" or "Coach"), and the individual accessing the services and materials ("Licensee" or "User")

. 2. DEFINITIONS

 • Content includes but is not limited to:

 videos, live or recorded coaching sessions, written materials, images, graphics, choreography, audio, PDF guides, worksheets, presentations, and any digital or downloadable materials.

 • Licensed Use means access and use of the Content for personal and non-commercial purposes only.

 • Platform refers to FlowAtoB.com, the FlowAtoB app (via Passion.io), and any associated websites, membership portals, or video libraries

. 

3. OWNERSHIP OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

 • All rights in and to the Content remain exclusively with FlowAtoB AB / Maggie Aulin and are protected by Swedish and international intellectual property laws.

 • This Agreement does not grant the User any ownership interest in the Content. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

 • Any unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, commercial use, or exploitation of the Content is strictly prohibited and may result in civil and/or criminal liability.

4. LICENSE GRANT

 Licensor grants the User a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to access and use the Content solely for personal, educational, and noncommercial purposes, subject to the restrictions below.

 5. LICENSE RESTRICTIONS

 Users may NOT:

 • Modify, copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, publish, or create derivative works of Content.

 • Use Content for commercial purposes (e.g., resale, teaching, or inclusion in other programs).

 • Record, download, or screen-capture Content for redistribution.

 • Remove copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices

 • Claim authorship of Content.

 • Use Content to train AI or machine learning models without explicit written consent.

 6. USER CONDUCT 

Users agree to:

 • Not harass, disrupt, or misuse the platform, sessions, or community.

 • Not share login credentials or access with others.

 • Not encourage or assist others in breaching this Agreement. 

7 MUSIC & CHOREOGRAPHY

 • All choreography, routines, and music-based materials developed by FlowAtoB AB are original protected works.

 • Third-party music is used only under proper licensing or applicable fair use.

 • Users are prohibited from remixing, reusing, or publishing choreography or music segments without prior written permission.

 8. THIRD-PARTY CONTENT

 • The Platform may include content owned by third parties.

 • Such materials remain the property of their creators.

 • Users must comply with the original licensors’ terms and conditions. 

9. TERM & TERMINATION

 • This Agreement is valid as long as the User retains access to the Content.

 • FlowAtoB AB may terminate access if the User breaches terms, distributes content illegally, or fails to pay.

 • Upon termination, the User must cease all use and destroy any copies in their possession.

 10. NO WARRANTIES 

All Content is provided “as is” without warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or guaranteed outcomes. 

 11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

 To the fullest extent permitted by law, FlowAtoB AB shall not be liable for:

 • Loss of profits, data, or goodwill

 • Business or financial losses

 • Any damages resulting from the use or inability to use Content

Liability Cap: FlowAtoB AB’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the User for the specific Content or service.

 12. INDEMNIFICATION

 Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless FlowAtoB AB, Maggie Aulin, employees, and affiliates from claims, damages, or expenses resulting from misuse, breach, or unauthorized distribution of Content.

 13. CONFIDENTIALITY 

Users agree not to disclose or misuse

: • Proprietary methods, coaching strategies, pricing models, or unpublished materials.

 • Personal information or experiences shared by participants in group or live sessions. 

14. DISPUTE RESOLUTION & GOVERNING LAW

 • Parties will first attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation or mediation.

 • If unresolved, disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Swedish courts.

 • This Agreement is governed by the laws of Sweden.

 15. SEVERABILITY 

If any part of this Agreement is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain vali.

16. AMENDMENTS

 FlowAtoB AB may update this Agreement at any time. Updates will be posted on FlowAtoB.com or within the app. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

17. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

 This Agreement supersedes all prior agreements, discussions, or representations regarding Content and services.
