Without Flow, we can still dance...
But we rarely feel fully connected, fully present, or fully alive.
We get stuck. We overthink. We work harder, yet make less progress.
Flow is a state of deep connection where attention sharpens, action and awareness merge, and multiple skills come together simultaneously in new ways.
Flow is often described as the state where we feel at our best and perform at our best.
Research shows that Flow accelerates learning, expands creativity, improves focus, and enhances performance.
At Sync & Flow, it's not just about dance...
It's about how to create the conditions where Flow can emerge more consistently.

For more than 40 years, Maggie Aulin has dedicated her life to dance. From representing Sweden internationally as a young ballroom dancer to building a professional career as a dancer, choreographer, teacher, and coach, movement has always been at the center of her work.
After graduating from the Ballet Academy of Stockholm, Maggie continued her education in Paris and New York, where she discovered House dance and trained with many of the pioneers who helped shape the culture.
Throughout her career, she has performed internationally, won Streetstar Scandinavia twice, represented Sweden at the House Dance Finals at Juste Debout in Paris, and helped build the Swedish House dance community through teaching, performances, productions, and social gatherings like Club Soulmates/Stockholm.

Over the last eleven years, Maggie has expanded her work into coaching, health, wellness, and human performance.
She spent seven years living in the United States, deepening her understanding of physical well-being, mindset, recovery, and sustainable performance.
She has also completed her coaching education through the Flow Research Collective, specializing in flow, peak performance, and the science of human potential.
Built on four pillars:
Change
Every challenge requires change.
Learning to move through change rather than getting stuck is the foundation of growth.
Capacity
Building the physical, mental, and emotional resources needed to learn, perform, recover, and thrive.
Consistency
Creating sustainable habits and routines that support long-term growth and high performance.
Connection
Developing a deeper connection with yourself, others, and the conditions that allow Flow to emerge.
Whether Maggie is teaching dance, coaching individuals, or leading workshops, these four pillars remain at the heart of everything she does.
Maggie's Philosophy
"I believe movement changes more than the body.
It changes how we think, how we feel, and how we meet life's challenges.
Whether you come to dance, to grow, or simply to reconnect with yourself, my goal is always the same:
To help you become capable, confident and connected, then when we met."
